When I was young, maybe 4 or 5, I used to sleep at my friend Kristen's house. Before we went to bed, we would spit straight up into the air and then quick cover our heads before it landed on us.
 

It's toally possible....if you lie down and apit upwards, only leaving gravity to do the rest. Your next trick would be to successfully dodge it :)
 

I was about to post a comment about how when I was younger, my friend and I would spit straight into the air and then duck under the covers to avoid the falling saliva.

Then I realized I already did.
