Last night in a conversation with a friend of mine regarding some language I used in my book (that could be thought of a derogatory to a certain group) she stated...
"leave it, offensive is the new funny."
Agree? Disagree? I would hate to print a book that would offend anyone... well anyone that has a sense of humor. It's a given that it would offend strongly religious folks, prudes, anti bad language folks, many parents, old people and baby Jesus.
And for those of you that lurk around here and tell me later you read it! The least you can do is leave a comment so I can get that stupid giddy feeling when I check my site. You don't have to sign up, or even leave your real name. Just let me know I'm not alone out here! : )

Haha, you should leave the language...If it offends then those that it does should either: A. Stop reading it. B. Get over it. or C. Shut up. That's just my personal opinion that may be skewed by my own sick, offensive and often times sardonic sense of humor.
As for your question, no I'm not a teacher I work at a residential Psych facility for kids...but that sounds like a rough teaching job you had!! Thanks for taking the time to read my blog and comment, too!
